Trademark Innovations 31.5" Portable Curved Shape Pinewood Lap Desk (Cherry Wood Color)

Love the surround space with the curved design. I have my iPad, laptop and journal going all at once. Only drawback is no padding, but nothing else has this kind of room. Working on the road with dual monitors, this is a wonderful design. Will take a small pillow along.

I noticed several reviews mention they ordered the Cherry and got Pine. I was hoping these were exceptions to the rule and mine would be correct. Alas, that was not the case. I did not keep it, as the chair I was intending to use it on was cherry and this just did not work.I did test it before I used it to get a feel for how it would have worked. Overall, it's a pretty well constructed table and serves its purpose well. My only functional complaint is that the finish is a bit rough, which makes it a little harder to move a mouse without a mousepad. That may be because it helps items not slide off too easily, but i still think it could be a little more smooth.If I had any confidence I could return the item and get the right color, I would have. But I did need this enough to go through that effort again.

This gives me what I need: sits well on the arms of my recliner, plenty of room for laptop & paper, etc. Like others have said, I ordered "cherry" and got "pine". Even the box--that arrived badly damaged--said "pine." Fortunately, the item wasn't damaged. The surface is a little rough but that's okay. Also as others have noted, it is not lightweight.

Used as a keyboard tray for with an under-the-desk keyboard arm. Better than a normal rectangular tray because I can pull it closer to me. Just thick enough to put the screws into it to hold, and definitely thick enough to be rigid. Attractive color, smooth finish. Should have gotten one years ago.

We recently moved interstate and while looking for a house had all our furniture in storage. My husband does all of his work on the phone and online and we had no desk. The kitchen counter was too high. The chairs provided were incredibly uncomfortable. There was one comfortable armchair, so we measured it and ordered this lap desk. It solved the problem. It fits perfectly across, with room for the mouse and the phone. His back is happy again.

nice and wide, sturdy, just wrong color

“My spot” is a wooden rocking chair with wide-set arms. This lap desk overlaps the arms very comfortably with no fear of sliding off and dumping my IPad on the floor. Well made, stable and reasonably priced. Not light as a feather tho.
