This was a rare item that left a strong impression the moment I unboxed it. It just had an aura of being very finely crafted with a lot of nice little touches. Sure I'd expect a case many times more expensive to still take it up a notch but this punches way above the current price. I'm really impressed. This rigid case is very strong yet lightweight while offering a more than sufficient level of padding to protect your DJI action camera. The one notable issue, which probably will only being a minor inconvenience to most, is the zipper is a little finicky to open and close. This is likely due to the "reinforced double-headed waterproof zipper" design which keeps a tighter seal than a typical zipper. It also seems be opening/closing smoother over time and is almost a non-issue now or maybe I'm starting to get more used to it. Either way I'm now rambling on too much about an insignificant issue just to be thorough and describe the one thing that maybe isn't perfect. The one other thing, given it's small size and design, is that it of course isn't that flexible as to what you can put in here. It is made to fit one of the several supported action cameras in specific DJI cages as listed in the product specifications or sounds like the DJI Osmo Nano should be a good fit without any cage. Beyond that you have two storage spots sized specifically with batteries in mind and it also has 4 slots for cards if you bring along extras for more storage. Also can fit a very small adapter but it's a pretty tight space so won't fit much. And then on the top compartment you can throw in something like a USB cable or a couple small filters. I stress that I really am impressed by what SmallRig has been able to offer at such a low price point. Sure it's just a small action camera case but it seems so premium for the affordable price it's currently being sold for.

This Smallrig action camera bag is everything it advertises to be. It's a perfect fit for my Action5 Pro and all the primary accessories I typically use (other than tripod storage). The outer material is not really "plasticy" or "leathery", its something in between. Not a bad feel to the touch, and definitely water/splash resistant. Coupled with the shield zipper design, and this is a great case for use when hiking or in areas where there might be water spray. The locking carabiner is a nice touch too. There is plenty of storage for accessories, though, I wish that rather than the "splitter" design which stores cables that they would have two smaller pouches on the front of the large pouch. Cables could go in the large pouch, ND filters in the pouches. I think this would give my ND filters a little more protection. That being said, this is not a bad design, I just don't need that much cable or sd card storage, but others may. At <$30, this is a really good value. I'm a little surprised at the price point for the quality. For a simply on the go storage solution, without the need for a larger bag, this is perfect. Simple, small, sturdy, and secure.

Overall this is probably a good case for you if you're already looking at it. I got it for my Insta360 Ace Pro 2. It does fit, even with a Telesin cage around it which is nice. There are a few built ins, for batteries and other small accessories. On the lid there is a nice mesh net with a sewn in area for micro sd cards. The size is perfectly portable and the quality feels sturdy and that it will keep my equipment safe. These are the primary reasons I made this purchase. The one thing that I don't like about the case is the cable compartment which is more of a divider between lid and base, primarily attached at the base side. My Ace Pro 2 sits in the base higher than where the cable compartment is attached so it always feels like I am forcing that bit closed on top of my camera. That feeling is there every time I close the case. I feel like the cable compartment would have been better designed if it was attached on the lid side instead. The design isn't a deal breaker but it seems like a bit of a misstep in an otherwise really well made case. I hope the next iteration fixes this.

Smallrig has really sprung onto the content creation scene the past few years, going from a no-name brand to a household name. This camera bag is another example of them listening to content creators and making products that are actually functional. The case is a semi-hard shell with a thick, water resistant zipper and pre-molded slots inside to fit your gear. There’s also a flap with leather-like slots for microSD/TF cards on one side and a set of elastic bands on the other side for holding cables and other small items. Then there’s a pouch on the other side of the case for extra things you may need like action cam clips and small mounts. The whole layout was very thoughtful. The case is sturdy enough to handle normal drops and dings without damaging the camera inside. And the included locking carabiner can be used to attach to your bag or backpack to go hands free in transport. I just love how everything makes sense in its design. They clearly are using customer feedback to design new products, and that is truly impressive to me.

I bought this camera bag to store my action camera and accessories. I used to keep everything loose in a drawer. This case gave each item its own spot. The camera fits securely without moving around. I like having space for batteries and small cards. It feels sturdy when I carry it. The zipper opens and closes smoothly. I take it with me on trips and outdoor days. Packing my gear feels faster now. This case keeps everything neat and easy to find.

Ce qui m'a vraiment convaincu, c'est de pouvoir laisser mon gros chargeur triple à la maison. L'étui permet de glisser deux batteries supplémentaires, des câbles, des adaptateurs, et des cartes micro-SD directement dans des petits slots dédiés. Pour mes déplacements à la journée, c'est largement suffisant et ça me fait gagner un temps fou. Ma DJI Action rentre parfaitement dedans, même avec sa cage de protection, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas avec les housses trop ajustées. C'est vraiment pensé pour ceux qui utilisent leur caméra "prête à l'emploi". On sent que c'est du matos fait par des gens qui utilisent des caméras. La fermeture éclair glisse bien, ça ne coince pas, et l'intérieur est assez doux pour ne pas rayer les écrans ou l'optique. Bref, une excellente solutions pour centraliser son action Cam et ses accessoires, en toute sécurité. Questa custodia per action cam si sente e si vede che è un prodotto fatto come si deve, la struttura è rigida, solida, e dà sensazione di protezione. È una custodia che trasmette affidabilità, di quelle che puoi buttare nello zaino senza preoccuparti che la camera prenda colpi. L’interno è organizzato in modo molto intelligente, gli scomparti sagomati tengono tutto perfettamente fermo, l’action cam non si muove e gli accessori restano al loro posto senza sfregare tra loro. C’è spazio per batterie, cavi, schede di memoria e gli accessori essenziali, il tutto senza rendere la custodia ingombrante. È compatta, pratica e perfetta da infilare in qualsiasi borsa o zaino. La zip scorre bene, è robusta, l’apertura è ampia, quindi si vede subito tutto il contenuto senza dover smontare mezzo mondo. Anche la maniglia esterna è comoda e ben fissata. All’interno della confezione ho trovato anche un gancio in acciaio, molto utile se si vuole agganciare la custodia all’esterno di uno zaino o tenerla a portata di mano durante gli spostamenti. È un accessorio semplice ma pratico, e apprezzo il fatto che SMALLRIG lo includa senza farlo pagare a parte. Il design è essenziale, niente fronzoli, solo funzionalità e qualità. È una custodia che dà l’impressione di poter essere maltrattata senza problemi, perfetta per chi usa spesso l’action cam in viaggio, in montagna o in qualsiasi situazione un po’ movimentata. In generale, è un accessorio che vale davvero quello che costa. È solida, ben progettata, comoda da usare e offre una protezione superiore alla media.

Étui de protection pour le voyage compatible avec la DJI Action et Neo. J’ai les deux caméra et les deux rentrent sans-souci à l’intérieur. La qualité Smallrig est excellente, il y a différents emplacements pour placer des cartes SD, des accessoires… Un mousqueton est offert pour l’accrocher à la n sac. Je vous le recommande.

C'est une petite pochette universelle pour les caméras sportives dans le format des go pro, la qualité est très bonne au niveau de la pochette, c'est assez épais pour protéger votre caméra d'une chute, les tirettes, elles sont un peu délicates et pourraient être plus fluides. Concernant la place, on ne pourra bien entendu pas y mettre une trop grosse caméra, mais mon Action 6 avec une cage passe tout juste sans forcer ce qui est un excellent point et je peux y mettre deux batteries aussi sans trop avoir du mal à refermer le tout. Bref c'est une bon étui, très sympa et solide.
