As someone who has worked for many years in the field of psychedelic-assisted healing, I deeply appreciate the clarity, professionalism, and intentional structure of this book. It reflects a well-considered journey—from contextual grounding, to preparation, to the subtleties of integration and long-term care. Each chapter builds logically, offering scaffolding for readers who are either entering this field or seeking to deepen their practice. Where my own writing tends toward the poetic and narrative, I admire how this work takes a more academic and clinical tone while remaining accessible. It feels like a reliable companion text—one that could be handed to clients, clinicians, or curious newcomers with equal confidence. The inclusion of a glossary, case studies, and resources speaks to the author's care for both rigor and support. This is the kind of map that our field needs more of: sober, clear-eyed, and rooted in experience. I’m grateful it exists.

Gutes Interessantes Buch.

I cannot recommend this book/workbook enough for those of you looking for information/tools about therapeutic psychedelics at the scientific, granular, and practical levels. It's is the best resource of its kind out there, really remarkable. Psychedelics are not "one and done" when it comes to mental health. It takes great, experienced therapists, and a lot of work. But they are a breakthrough tool that I credit with saving my own life after decades of suffering. These experiences are at the heart of my intense motivation working as one with the amazing team at Heal Ukraine Trauma (HUT), addressing conflict related trauma in Ukraine since the wholesale invasion there more then three years ago. When you experience something as profound as I did with these tools, you can only try to pay it forward. So get it, and learn, whether or not this is the path for you (available on Amazon).
