CleverMade Snapbasket (30 Liter)

I have the larger “laundry” bag and just love it. Bought this smaller bag for crafts and its just great. I like that once you pop it open it stands in place and is very easy to fill and empty. The handles are long enough that even if I overfill this with crafting supplies, it is very easy/comfortable to carry. The material is strong and does not seem that it with tear, no matter how roughly I treat it. They are super easy to pop open and collapse. I think these are well worth the price. If these came in a value 4 pack, I would definely buy for reusable grocery bags. They would be so easy to store in the car and take into the store.

I stumbled across my first CleverMade SnapBasket on an endcap, and was fascinated by it. As a wheelchair user I have to carry things on my lap, and reusable bags tend to be too floppy, and just fall off my lap as I wheel around/over obstacles. I had a basket that didn't fold flat, it just kind of smooshed down, but it was difficult to carry it and a grocery store basket, and they prefer to have you pay for your items before putting them in your personal basket. Enter the SnapBasket! It folds totally flat, so I can keep it in the pocket on the back of my car seat, and it fits under the grocery store basket while I'm shopping. One of these holds the contents of a very full grocery store basket, but can get pretty heavy. If you're ambulatory, and can push a cart I'd definitely recommend getting a few, but if you're going to be just pushing around with it you'll only need one (unless you have a trailer or something!). So far they've been very sturdy, my first one got a small tear, but I repaired it with a patch of gaffers tape, and it's holding up nicely.

After two years of use, they're still in use...you have to care for them though. Don't put items with sharp corners in them. These are perfect for shopping, and this was why I bought them. They fold decently flat, not perfectly, but they're flat. I like they have a pouch with a zipper for receipts or small items. When I go to the grocery store, I pop the basket open, shop, and check out at the end. Some cashiers ask where I got them, and like the idea of a take home compact basket. Plus you don't have to deal with nasty grocery store baskets because you know how you clean these. Don't overload it with weight. At most I put 2-2 liter sodas in it, and some light items in there. Bread, pasta, lettuce, produce, and etc. in there. If you have a hard time carrying it you might have too much in the basket. You will find you can hold more in there if you use your Tetris skills. Take two to the grocery store by leaving one empty so when you check out you can load the empty one at the register easy. Some stores will give you a credit for bringing your own bag. I have like 6 of these because I keep forgetting to bring them back out to my car. You can also use these for other things too like a picnic.

Perfect size and easy to open and close. The basket is very lightweight but appears to be extremely sturdy. Items can be placed in the basket on the passenger seat without fear they will roll out and onto the floor as they sometimes do with cloth bags. I can also condense several items into one easy-to-carry basket -- I bought one small bag of produce, then picked up a sandwich from my favorite artisan bread company, picked up a prescription, got my mail (delivered to a cluster box a block from my house), tossed in my small handbag, and I had only one thing to carry inside when I got home. After it was unpacked, I flattened it out and put it back in the car for the next time. I'm considering buying a second basket, but for now this one seems to be all I need.

The bags are of good quality. We purchased a set previously and was extremely happy. This set was a little smaller in size. The bottom has a smaller size than the top. The baskets are a little tippy when they are bumped.

My daughter suggested these SnapBaskets after she bought some. They are wonderful. They snap up when you need them and easily fold down when you don't. My husband loves that they stand up when you load them. Other bags we used had to be held open to put things in them. The large size holds just the right amount of groceries to lift easily. I have several and regularly give them as gifts.

These baskets are fantastic! All the check out people love them...stand up, easy to load, easy to put in basket and load into car. Do not fall over in car, much easier to carry into the house. I never go to the store that at least one person doesn't ask me where I found them. I originally bought 3, then added these 2. Very handy to carry picnic items also!

This is my 3rd set - I saw a couple using them at my local grocery store and instantly knew that they’d be perfect for me! I’d had a really hard time adjusting to the “bring your own or buy ours” culture resulting from local laws in my town. Not that I had a problem with it - just couldn’t retrain myself and was amassing a large collection of annoying plastic bags. These foldnice and flat so it’s easy to keep them in the car, or near the door tothe garage reminding me to put them back. The capacity is perfect - 1 for little trips, all 3 for a big one. Great also for the farmers market or lugging baked goods, presents or other things from the parking lot to the office. I do wish the folding joints were reachable/fixable but I get good use out of them for the price.

We originally bought two of these in Costco as they are great for keeping in the vehicle... we liked them so much that we bought another two. They fit perfectly in shopping trollies so at the checkout you can load directly into them and as they stay in shape when unfolded and empty it makes loading easy. They are also handy when taking clothes to the caravan as they store so easily. Not cheap, but would recommend them.

The best I have had ever bought - lots of compliments on the portability, ease, look and style. Lots of room for a weekly grocery run (if using all three) and so convenient if just grabbing a few things. Strong enough to hold milk, juices, etc.. very well built - although pricey - they are worth it.
