Aktiv Revvll One - Endless Rope Resistance Trainer for continual Rope Training with Adjustable continuously Variable Resistance

I had a surplus of income, and just said screw it buying this. After I got it hooked up at my gym I had instant buyers remorse. It works fine, but the fact you have to constantly adjust the resistance knob at the right tension and height is annoying. You'd think for how expensive this thing is they would label a number system (I'm fitness coach and all my clients said the same thing). Also, I didn't feel confident this tubing would last because I felt it stretch as I would pull on it at the highest tension (it seriously looks like cheap bike tire tubing).I returned it after and Aktiv deducted $60 off what I paid for....which shows how greedy this company is. In my 13 years in fitness coaching, this is the most overpriced and overrated fitness item I've ever used. You're better off putting you're money toward other tools.

I love my Revvll One! If you're in the market for one piece of exercise equipment, this isn't it, but if you're like me and you already have a variety of stuff, the Revvll One is an amazing addition to your arsenal. I already had 13 different cardio stations in my personal home gym. Since most cardio stations involve the legs, I was interested in a machine that primarily emphasizes the upper body and core. The Revvll One is perfect. It can be mounted almost anywhere and it doesn't take up a huge amount of space like the other rope pulling machines that can cost thousands of dollars. The resistance adjustability is easy, the rope doesn't destroy your hands, it's smooth and it gives a great workout. I set a timer for a set amount of minutes and it's a magnificent part of my workout circuit.
