Difficult to find, but just what I needed
This component allows the user to hard-wire accessories to your GM ‘07-‘13 vehicle without using the cigarette lighter/ auxiliary power plugs. This product enables use of the MBEC panel down near the driver’s side left foot area, where you can tap into constant-ON power, Accessory power (when ignition is on), and RAP power - if needed. This is perfect for accessories like Dash Cams and GPS systems.IMPORTANT: In addition to this product, you will need Delphi GT 280 female connector pins for 18-16 AWG wire. PART NUMBER: 15304711-L. This will enable you to clip the necessary wires into this Junction Box Connector.Not that many people are adding DIY accessories to old GM trucks these days, but hopefully this review helps someone. It worked great for me.

not worth buying
Not really worth buying. You need the metal pins to make use of it and it doesn't come with this.
