How do you install? the instructions don’t help.  i did others with no trouble, but these i’ve already messed up several.  what’s the trick?

They vary slightly in size and style, the punches and installing tools are provided to install the snaps, you just need a small hammer. please notice of their size and color. you can install according to the videos and instructions, the four accessories must be the same color,  Big with big, small with small.

My kit is missing a piece of the installation kit (I have 3 of 4 pieces) but these posts seem to short for 3mm leather.  Can they be used on 3mm?
