That portion of the machine was already assembled when it was unpackaged so there was no way to correct the issue. Therefore, I was forced to disassemble it completely and repackage it in order to return it for a refund. It took about four hours to do all of this and I had to purchase packing tape to repackage the machine for the return. Very frustrating.
