Don't waste your time reading the others the majority of authors that write about Business Coaching don't understand the area of Transformation and it's importance to the Coaching process. Good material but I just found it easy to get bogged down.

We are not living in the same world that the author grew up in... or that we grew up in for that matter. The advice is tired and not tried in the modern world.

Good Coaching book.Began really well. Was great in the early chapters, but couldn't maintain the interest till end. Would recommend it
