Arrived very quickly. Clean piece. Would not fit in 2-1/2 hitch hole. The edges of the receiver were not machined enough to allow to go in. Had to to use a flapper on 4" grinder to clean up. Other than that looks to be well made

It's a really handy having all the balls rite there to switch out for your different trailers . Seems really well built I pull 12 foot dump full of wood no problems yet . Really fast shipping. I recommend it

The only reason why I am not giving this one 5 stars is because the holes in the first one were not bored out properly so the pins did not line up. Customer service was very helpful and responsive. We received the replacement within 5 days of sending back the original. One word of warning though. The keys are very weak so don't apply much pressure as they will break off in the lock. Lucky for us when it did break there was enough sticking out that we could pull it out with tweezers and not have to drill it out. The locks are likely more for peace of mind and a deterrent rather than actual security as they are just don't seem very study. Overall though, excellent for the price and so much better than using the adapter sleeve. No more slop and it looks really nice on our 2018 Ford F250 Super Duty.

Fits as it should. Seems well made. Yes it rattles as all of my hitches have for the past 37 years lol. Some of the other reviews say it didn’t fit . Not an issue here. Like being able to run 1 ball at a time .

Had this hitch for 2 years, with nys rust impossible to change out ball sizes, a massive pain in the butt. Would be great in a area with no salt

I have used this hitch to pull a handful of trailers from a 12 foot enclosed trailer to a 30 foot toy hauler. Hitch worked well and is light! Only complaint, and reason for the 4 stars, is that I have had the locking pins unlock on multiple occasions. Recently came unlocked while towing and lost the locking portion. Thankfully the hitch stayed in the receiver until I noticed. They have all be changed out to traditional hitch pins.

This is really a very nice trailer hitch. It looks great on my truck (2.5" shank model) and does a great job of dropping my ball height to work with our smaller trailers. The issue is that the parts that make up this hitch package are loose fitting. Every part of this setup has slop. So there is a fair amount of noise from this assembly. The PINS that hold the balls in place look to be pretty strong but I will be keeping an eye on them as I have seen a few reviews that have stated the pin can bend or even break. Time and use will tell. Also, I checked the 2.5" shank and mine is also 2.3" as well. So there is slop and movement on my F350's hitch mount as well. I attempted to use a shim to take up the space but it just works itself out over time. I really wish it was a tight fit. Its completely worth the money for what you get, as long as you are willing to live with its nuances...

This hitch will not fit inside of the factory hitch receiver on my 2018 Ram 2500, had to round over corners on it quite a bit to get it to fit.

The hitch is strong and sturdy and easy to adjust as well as lock for security

Hitch looks great I find it sloppy and clunky. I bought the rubber stops . No different. Nice to have all the ball sizes and height adjustments though

Great hitch for the price. Light weight. Lock pins won't unlock after towing. Replace with normal pins. Other than that it's pulled loaded dump trailer and a car hauler with a vehicle inside with no issues.

2.5" fit is very very loose fitting, still need to use it but out of the the box im 50/50 if im going to keep it becuase of how loose it fits.As a side note the entire kit fits the back seat cooler bin in the ram trucks.Long term update:It's done everything ive asked of it, the locks are garbage after a winter but the Hitch is always on my truck. Definitely recommend.

After using this to tow my 20’ boat about 6000km the aluminum had deformed and it is no longer adjustable. It looks good however is poor quality.
