UPair One Quadrocopter Drone with 4K Full HD Video Camera 2.4G Remote Control FPV Live Transmission, Headless Mode, Altitude Control, Home Return

Just after my birthday, at the beginning of November, I decided to treat myself to an Upair One drone. Firstly I purchased an Upair One 2.7k, but after a quick 5 minute test flight the camera's gimbal failed, with the camera moving randomly and erratically; I returned this drone with the intention of purchasing a direct replacement, however the 2.7k model appeared as 'currently unavailable' on Amazon, so I decided to fork out the extra and get the 4k variant. When it arrived I took it out for a test flight, but could not get a GPS signal (always displaying zero satellites); I contacted GT Drone customer services who requested a video of the fault (pretty standard procedure for a Chinese vendor), after sending a video clip they said they would send a replacement GPS receiver for me to fit, which is not a simple procedure, so I returned the item instead. I have since ordered two more Upair One 4k drones, each having the same problem. The customer services have been very helpful; but it is over a month since my initial purchase and I still have no drone; I have had four drones sent to me, none of which have worked as advertised. Very disappointed in this drone and would not recommend to anyone; it seems there are a few good ones, but you will have to do a lot of returns before you (might) get a good one. If you decide to purchase, good luck. My recommendation would be to avoid this model and choose any one of the many alternatives.

I thought I would treat myself to the drone for Christmas but I was unable to charge the drone battery, I have just sent it back for a refund.When I get the refund I will have a look at one of the main stream brands instead of these less expensive models that seem to promise everything at a low price, shame I was looking forward to flying it.
