Light facial cleansing
When you have sensitive skin then you tend to be wary of new products. However this face wash is light gentle and had no chemical nasties. It feels light on my skin and smells fresh and slightly herbal. It doesn't foam up like other face washed.Very pleasant to use.

Early days, but not a fan so far
This face wash comes nicely presented in a box. It lathers well and has a nice consistency. In spite of being suitable sensitive skin, and leaving what feels like a film on my skin (even with additional washing off in running water) I have found that rather than nourish my skin, it has dried it out. It hasn't made any difference to the acne, but then it is early days. I have also found the scent (which is very old fashioned and floral) rather over powering too.A flip lid would have been appreciated, as a screw top/lid does not suit a liquid product of this nature. It is expensive for what it is. I usually use La Roche-Posay Effaclar which isn't cheap either but far better value for money and sadly Herbal Essentials Purifying Face Wash hasn't tempted me away from it. However, I have a plenty of the product left which I shall continue using to see if my experience changes over time. In that event I will update this review accordingly. But for now, I'm not a fan.

Face wash
Nice face wash - it's a good size tube so will last a while and it's good if you like a water one.You don't need loads and it's for sensitive skin I think.Like the way it works on pore reduction.

Herbal Essentials Face Wash Excellent Results but Pricey
Really good face wash which I’ve enjoyed using skin felt refreshed and non greasy or irritated whilst using it. A tube so you can get the last bit out which is handy as this is expensive but worked ever so well on my skin. Good for taking away on holiday as a tube. The smell from it delicate and light I found and the texture sort of looks weird with the little blue dots in it but main thing is it cleansed my face ever so well. Even mad menopausal skin seemed to get soothed using this. Just a shame it’s got a high price tag or else this would be on my go to list all the time hence four stars.

Of no noticeable benefit
Miss D writes: everyone is different, obviously, and in my case this face wash is no better than Simple, which is usually less than £2. It might work better for you though
