Excellent Refrigerator
The media could not be loaded. The Freezer compartment is very spacious and well placed in the refrigerator. Worth Buying Desned aesthetically. Minimal sound. Big in Size. Excellent Cooling. Easy to install.

Worst product, don't buy
The media could not be loaded. It's an expensive item, but the door is creating problem from very 1st year, and 2nd year I start complaining about it and they said you have to pay for the complete door. We never kept heavy items inside,still damage.

Worst refrigerator and after service
It's the worst product I have ever bought. Starting from the first year itself the fridge broke down every year. We bought it in 2019 and currently once again the compressor has broken down (second time in a row) The after sales service is also horrible. It's been a week that it has broken down and still no resolve.

Hitachi not recommended for anyone
We bought this refrigerator 15 months ago. The motherboard and compressor has conked off. Service support is horrible. It’s almost 3 days since the complaint and nothing is done.

Best is the freezer is in bottom, and the vegetables compartment is so big and easy to use
Very nice Refrigerator user friendly I am very satisfied, this is one of the best in this rangecooling is very good 😊

Total waste of money
Purchased the refrigerator on Oct 2019 & was working fine. One day suddenly the refrigerator stopped working so raised a complaint with the brand on June 2022. I was informed that the PCB & the compressor has been totally damaged so need to be replaced. Compressor is under warranty but still gas charges of Rs 3750/- & PCB Rs 7400/- to be paid by the customer. We agreed to pay this but neither received the compressor nor the PCB as parts were not available till one month, no back up policy was offered.After a long fight finally Hitachi people agreed to pay sixty percent as refund. We are waiting for that but haven't received.Please don't go for the bottom freezer technology & don't buy. Total loss of time & money.
