Robert B. Parker's Buckskin (Cole and Hitch, 10)

Overall this meanders along well. The plot is a bit puzzling and there's no real outcome. Cole and hicks are around but have little to do except watch events unfold. I kind of understand the mystery ending (or I do if it's to set something up for another novel.) It's enjoyable, if odd, read.

An excellent read

Brooding atmosphere as two storylines eventually meet. Authentic Western feel.
