Cheese that is hard to beat for taste.
I enjoy this cheese because it is not heavily salted for health reasons but yet has the flavor simular to chedder style cheese which I have to go easy on. I would recommend it to any body that likes their cheese.

Great cheese.
Excellent and authentic cheese. Loved it. Will buy more. Keeping it cold during the journey to get here is a challenge but not the sellers fault. I live in Florida. Its hot this time of year.

Cool packs were hot and so was cheese.
Did not get to try this cheese; cool packs (2) in box were outside temperature (80+) and so was the cheese.

this is more like soft cheese, not even closed to the one 6 months aged... does not work for me. But it was packed very well and shipped promptly. So if you like semi soft sheep's milk cheese - it is for you

fine , sweat cheese, add to Philadelphia cream cheese, or farmers cheese...very pleasant.
