Project XLZ Regular Flex Driver Shaft with Taylormade M1 M2 Adapter and Grip

Is the adapter a 335? I have a sims max D driver?

Is this shaft shorter than the standard m2 driver shaft?

Any chance of getting this without the grip installed? I need a shorter shaft, so would have to remove it upon delivery.
