Bad container
I'm not sure how well it works, but my recovery with this + bcaa has been better. The container is bad, scoop handle too short. Overall happy with it, will look into better containers though.

Work for me
I work out 4-5 times a week and find that my body has recovered each morning. My only complaint is that the container is entirely too tall for the amount you actually receive. It's difficult to scoop when its halfway done. Please please please..change the container height.
