Worth the money
It’s easy to use and perfect for immobilizing the ankle. The glue used inside for sticking the soft pad to the plastic brace is not great. Came off in a week. But I could stick the pad with a double sided tape.

Exactly what I needed!
I recently fell on ice and broke my fibula...I knew I'd be in one of these once I was out of the hard cast and boot (I'd broken my other fibula several years ago), so I went ahead and ordered it. So glad I did! The same one from the ortho doctor was $125 (my insurance has a deductible on DME)! Anyway, this is working perfectly. For those that say you can "never get it to fit correctly" - you have to remember that the part that goes under your foot is adjustable. Once you get that right, it will be comfortable and supported. I love that it can also be chilled in the fridge or freezer to deal with any swelling. This would be excellent for treating a sprain. It fits in to both my hiking shoes and my sneakers....it will stretch them out eventually, so I purchased an extra pair of sneakers so I don't stretch out my good ones. This thing is a real ankle saver!

Works wonderful
I absolutely love mine. I wish I knew what that white tan was called that on the bottom. So I could order one

Prevents re-injury! Yay!
It offers good stability and is exactly what I need to keep my ankle from twisting and re-injuring once again. It’s adjustable to your size of ankle and calve. This is life-saver for me because I injured my ankle in early summer, & I thought I knew what I was doing with just icing my ankle, but NO. 😣. I’d twist it again and again in the more bizarre places like on my carpet, with excruciating pain. I’d done this before (a few years ago) and knew what the doctor would say, so just got my own air cast (and iced it some). I have not twisted since getting this air cast!! Saved hundreds of dollars. The bottom strip that goes under your foot is a bit wonky to put in your shoe. Now I just hold it tight against my finger and push it together in my shoe so it doesn’t fold under. Then it’s fine. Yay Sometimes I forget I have an air cast on cuz it’s pretty comfortable. If it’s not, I can play around with the Velcro strips to adjust it.

Comfortable
Provided some helpful and comfortable support after I broke my ankle. Unfortunately I required surgery and wearing a boot for an extended period. Recommend if you just have a sprain.

Helps me walk again
I badly damaged my ankle and needed something for support, both to help healing and prevent further injury. This product has done the trick! The side panels are soft on the inside, but rigid on the outside, which does not allow my ankle to roll again. I don't recommend it, but I was able to walk up to 4 miles one day while wearing this. It initially looked as if it might not last too long, but I've used it daily for about 1 month and it's shown no sign of giving up on me. I am very satisfied with the product! I do wear a softer product at night. I recommend a bit of practice wearing it. If the outside edge is too far forward it runs the risk of putting pressure on the foot. To prevent this, I ensure that I "step into" the brace closer to the heel than to the arch of the foot. Socks would also help.
