I was pleasantly surprised with this product. You are supposed to take 2 pills a day at the same time. They didn’t seem to last the full 24 hours, so I started taking one in the am and one in the pm. It works well for the pain, but it seemed better taking two at a time. Just didn’t last as long as I would have liked. I have knee and rotator cuff issues, and am glad to be off heavy duty ibuprofen.

I’ve been using this product for a handful of years because of knee, hip, and back pain. I’m 73, and still use it. I never tried the heavily advertised product, because I’m happy with Factor 5. Don’t expect miracles, but my pain has been considerably minimized. I recommend it.

For some time I have had to go to the doctor to get epidural injections. I have bulging disks and sciatica pain.since taking these I no longer need the shots and experience no pain.
