I use this chocolate to make Jack Daniels chocolate mousse pie and it's the best chocolate you can use for it. The Taste is a little bitter but still has good sweetness the color is very nice and when you mix the melted chocolate with whipped cream the texture is nice and creamy.

I like to make chocolate covered candies occasionally. Used the various brands of 12 oz bags and they were okay. Decided to try these. They melt better, coat better and taste better. It's a whole lot of chocolate to buy at once, so it takes a while to cook my way through it, but I manage to do it. They're a little more expensive than the grocery store bags, but they are so worth it.

These are tempered callets at a medium fluidity. They are great for dipping and candy making. They are already tempered so melting and dipping is not as complicated as tempering chocolate. It dries to a glossy snap. I recommend melting slowly to bring up to temp, and try not to use microwave as it can burn chocolate. Good quality. My product came open while I love the delivery of using an aluminum bag cooler and the 2 iced things to keep it cold that was awesome but the bag was open. How am I supposed to let the seller know that my bag was open?These aren't cheap.
