Love it or hate it until you've worked with this transparent thread a bit. Works so well especially when matching the bobbin and top thread. Test for tension with minor and gradual adjustments (I usually need to loosen my top tension) and you will find this to be a great thread for blind hems, appliques (especially lace ones), basting, quilting,and bridal hems of border lace. Initially challenging but with some practice this is wonderful. regular thread in the bobbin can make removal of stitches (if you do make a mistake) a bit easier. Hand sewing with this requires real patience and good eyesight. A magnifying glass helps tremendously. This is a mono filament so has a mind of its own. I have better control feeding it off the top or from a spool stand. Happy Sewing!
