I would skip this. It's nothing more than a disc of furniture grade wood that bolts onto your strings. It's quite heavy, especially attached to a 10-11oz racquet. I'm strong and fit, but I could see this easily causing injury if not completely focused.If you want to weight your racquet with wood you could make something like this at Home Depot for less than 1/4 the price
