Awesome, Healthy Noodles!
This spaghetti noodle from De Cecco is far superior to any brand off the shelf in your local grocery store. By far you can see and taste the difference as soon as you open the package. These noodles hold their shape and hold the sauce unlike the cheap brand we grew up on. I can actually taste the difference between these and other "leading brands" and the taste is more pleasing especially after saucing it up, than those others. It does take a bit longer to cook but that is minimal extended time and it is so worth it. The first time you sauce these up and see how they hold that sauce and embolden your pasta plate and the first time you go to clean your plate and don't see remnants of watery sauce at the bottom, you will never buy the cheaper store stuff again. Consider also that because of the type of wheat they're made from and the way they're made, no artificial vitamins are added and that is exactly what is in the cheaper store brands. Kudos to De Cecco!

Awesome Pasta
This is absolutely the best pasta we have ever had. The taste is incredible. I would never have believed that pasta's could be so different. The healthy ingredients coupled with the Clean processing, really does make a huge difference. The cooking process is flawless. Other pastas go from hard to mushy within seconds. The texture and actual flavor of this pasta is exquisite, it could be seasoned and buttered and used as a side dish instead of potatoes. We have always used Popular name brands, and i have to say there is no comparison. This pasta costs more, but believe me its worth it!

Multiple recommendations...including me
Saw this recommended on America's Test Kitchen show and thought I'd give it a try. It's holds sauce just as stated and cooks up to a beautiful consistency. The perfect chew. It's now our default pasta.

Excellent Pasta
In my opinion DeCecco has the best pasta. It doesn't get gummy with cooking. It may cost a few cents more than other brands, but I really think it's worth it.
