Die Pillen 1-2 Stück werden kurz vor dem Schlafengehen eingenommen, traditionell mit Honig und Milch. Ich nehme aber nur Wasser - meistens. Das Extrakt hilft schneller und besser die REM Schlafphase zu erreichen, die besonders entspannend und regenerativ für den Organismus ist. Dadurch dass man besser schläft und sich besser erholt könnten beispielsweise Hormonungleichgewichte ausgeglichen werden. Ein Versuch an Mäusen zeigte, dass die Einahme über einen Zeitraum von 2 Wochen den T4 Spiegel im Blut deutlich erhöht hätten, was bei einer Schildrüsenunterfunktion hilfreich sein könnte. Nebenwirkung: Sehr lebendiges Träumen.
