Truvativ GXP M15 Crank Bolt & M26 Cap

Everything was fine. Item firment was good. The dust cap pictured showed the original, oversized hex key opening, which was larger than what shipped. Actual hex key size of the shipped item was 10mm hex for dust cap & 8mm hex for the inner lock screw. Again fitment was correct, just not exactly as pictured & did not exactly match the original being replaced.

Works great, I guess the reason for making it out aluminum is so that you don't pull the treads out of your crank arm which could be depending what you have very expensive mistake. Key here is to make sure you use plenty of grease on the crabk and a torque wrench! No exceptions or you'll likely kill it again.

The original SRAM Force bolt failed after about 10 years when moving the crankset to a different frame. . This is the correct replacement.

Bought the wrong thing. Kept it.

Wenn das Gewinde dieser Schraube nicht mehr greift, hat die Kurbel keinen Halt!Sie ist absichtlich aus "weicherem" Alu, damit beim Überdrehen nicht das Gewinde in der Kurbel beschädigt wird.Gut das es dafür dann Ersatz gibt. (Mit ca. 50 Nm anziehen)Hat mir sehr geholfen!
