The crimper plates are too small and just frizz your hair. The beach wave plates do nothing. Tried on different hair, same results. Disappointing

The media could not be loaded.  My hair is curly and I can honestly say that this product may be okay for thinner, wavy hair, but does not work on thick curly hair, Plates doesn’t completely fit, not easy to lock them in, it takes long time to get it done, I go over the section I’m doing multiple times and still result not satisfying! Doesn’t get enough heat to texturize. Neither the crimper nor the wavy plates give a good result, I can say the flat straightening one may work a little better but still not good/ satisfied result unfortunately.

You have to pinch it closed to get it to work. And it burns the fingers when you do that.

I hate it I cant get the wavy ones to work. Have a hard time locking them in. Wish I would have bought conair I had for years again. Also dont like how loose it is like i have to put all my hair in at one time. And go over that section multiple times. Unlike other straighter small sections but effective right away

May be okay for thinner, wavy hair. Does not work on thick curly hair.
