Exam Essentials: IELTS Practice Tests: Exam Essentials is our major British English exam preparation series combining exam preparation, practice and tips. Audio files missing and media files password protected

The Audio files are missing in the DVD provided, more one needs a free player like VLC as files are copyrighted and windows above 8 media players do not support. So the listening exercises are useless. Moreover no secure password is provided in the book to open files SHEER WASTE OF MONEY, TIME.
