Volume issue solved
Bought this remote but noticed on the reviews that the volume doesn’t work. Simple workaround as follows:1-Press and hold the MyView button for 3 seconds until the TalkTalk button flashes.2-Press and hold the relevant keypad number for your TV (see below) until the TV turns off, continue to hold until the TV turns back on and then release. Voila!1=Grundig2=JVC3=LG4=Panasonic5=Philips6=Samsung7=Sharp8=Sony9=Thomson0=Toshiba

Works!
Arrived quickly. It needed no set up but the first time it was used the box threw a fit and decided not to work at all. Switched off the box and re-started and everything seems fine. To sync to the tv I held the 'My TV' button for three seconds and pressed the number for the make of my TV and it synced. All is well at the moment. Four stars only due to the initial fit my tv box had. I saw a few reviews saying the volume buttons do not work; it may that the zapper needs to be synchronized to the tv. It works with the box straight away but mind did not work with the volume, av or tv on/off until syncecd.

REPLACEMENT TALK TALK REMOTE CONTROL
RECEIVED THIS AFTER A WAIT OF FOUR OR FIVE DAYS ALTHOUGH I AM WITH PRIME. I AM ALMOST SATISFIED WITH IT BUT THE SOUND CONTROL DOES NOT WORK BUT AS I CAN ALTAR THIS ON MY HEAD SET I AM KEEPING AS CANNOT BE BOTHERED PACKING UP AND WAIT AGAIN FOR A RETURN REPLACEMENT AND WHO SAYS IT WOULD NOT HAVE THE SAME FAULT. TO TO THIS EXTENT I AM ONLY REASONABLY HAPPY WITH THIS. IF MY OLD ONE HAD NOT ALREADY STOPPED WORKING, HENCE THE REASON FOR THE REPLACEMENT, I WOULD HAVE RETURNED.

Talk talk remote control
Needed a new remote controller, excellent price compaired to most other sellers, fast delivery.Sadly i needed to replace mine (about 4yrs ols) ad the volume control wasnt working & nor does it with new one, so looks like a fault with the box.Solid product, fast delivery , great price .Would recommend & most definitely be looking at sellers other items
