Print.Save.Repeat. Lexmark 801HK Black High Yield Remanufactured Toner Cartridge for CX410, CX510 Laser Printer [4,000 Pages]

First, the bad: Lexmark toner cartridges contain a chip that allows the printer to track and accept/reject any cartridge used in the printer. This is super-annoying, because of course there is no reason for this other than to attempt to prevent people from cheaply refilling their perfectly fine empty cartridges (or buying replacements that are cheaper than the expensive OEM toner). I received this toner cartridge, and unfortunately it would not work due to some unknown issue with the tracking chip. The toner cartridge itself appeared perfect...it was completely full and appeared identical in every way to a standard OEM toner cartridge...unfortunately it simply wouldn't work because the printer locked it out.THE GOOD: Print.Save.Repeat COMPLETELY TOOK CARE OF ME ASAP. Once the new cartridge didn't work, I immediately called Print.Save.Repeat directly and explained that I was having a problem. After a short troubleshooting, the gentleman that I spoke with offered to send me a replacement cartridge, and inquired how urgently I needed it. He got out a replacement cartridge that same day and I received that toner cartridge (which worked fine by the way) within 24 hours of my original problem.So, this company:1) Was easy to contact. I just called the 800 number listed right on the box and a real human answered within a few seconds.2) Actually cared about taking care of a customer with a problem.3) Very quickly sent a replacement, as fast as I needed it...therefore resolving the issue.This is what I call exceptional customer service and standing behind their product...and I really appreciate it!

It's not true 'high' yield, but it's about 2/3 of the HP yield. I would purchase again.

This remanufactured product fit fine and works in my CX410e. The printer stops dead when any of its cartridges are deemed empty - so basically goes out of service. This product was delivered Prime second day and a very competitive price with a prepaid label for return of my spent cartridge - and got me back online. Thank you.

i am very happy with this product and the service i received the right item and when they told me i would have it i got it that day no problems with this order convenient i have a lot of things to do for work having ink delivered saves me a trip
