I just received and it paired with my Galaxy express fast, I did have to have to charge it first. You can position it different ways to fit in your ear. It does not need to protrude out of your ear like some of these dorks show in pic. Push it in your ear twist up or down find your comfort level. You can only control volume from phone. On the device itself you push button once to pause. Sound is decent does it's job I called my daughter and she said sound quality on her end was good, I heard her just fine. Update I have had for for a week and it works amazingly, sound quality is great as I work in a manufacturing environment and it is Hella loud with the machines running. And the range is far enough

I just had to stop everything and write this review!! This earbud went thru a full washing machine and dryer cycle and STILL WORKS!! I was just gonna pitch it when I found it in the dryer, but thought "what have I got to lose"? So I plugged it in. It charged quickly, and all functions seem to still work perfectly. I was very pleased with the quality before, but now I'm SOLD!! Amazing quality for the price...BUY IT!!

After communicating with QCY, I recieved an earbud. Im giving QCY a 2 rating due to their willingness to satisfy and great customer service.Pros1. The concept is nice.2. Small and light weight.3. Price4. Custome serviceCons1. Doesn't hold a long enough charge. After ensuring the earbud was fully charged it lasted 2 hours and 45 minutes.2. Charged it again gave it to my son. He's not a big talker but does his fair share of online reading, music, games and watching gaming videos on you tube. Battery failed to uphold.Maybe its my family and I. The battery life for ear bud needs to last 8 hours minimum.3. It kept falling out of my ears.( this is not manufactures fault.)How do obtain longer battery life?

The quality of this earpiece is fantastic for its price. Although you only receive one earpiece, this is preferable for my case. I can only use one earpiece at work, so having a twin set would be pointless. It was very easy to pair the device with my phone, and the sound quality was surprisingly good.The battery life is quite short, and does require constant charging, but that should not be surprising considering how cheap the product is. Calling this product 'invisible' is very misleading, as the earpiece juts out and is anything but invisible.Pros: Price, Bluetooth pairing, qualityCons: Battery life, earpiece size

I bought this because I needed a handsfree device for some work I was doing. I didn't need anything fancy or have to fork out a ton of dough for something I would use once in a blue moon. I opened the box to find this small earpiece and I thought it was going to be absolute garbage, not work, or work for a little bit and then quit. I charged it up first, then paired it and off I went. Quick pairing, easy to use, and I was very impressed with it. The only downside I have is that I wish the volume was a bit louder. Yes, all the settings on my phone are correct, so it's definitely the earpiece. Overall though, it's really a handy thing to have.

Ok. Great little cheap product.Always wanted a wireless bud without spending too much AND having to have both buds to make a phone call like the other higher end ones.Out of the box, 8 ms to charge. Works fine.Few tips. 1st, if u have the S7 and got the litthe dongle piece for ejecting mSD port, use that to open the earbud's usb port. EZPZ LEMON SQUEEZE.2nd, with my S7 I can do the "Ok Google" function by simply holding the MF button. As opposed to saying it, u hold that button for a sec or 2 and the option will popup on phone.I can use this for driving without compromising both ears. What I do is music and Google Maps together amd it works flawlessly. The music just gets lowered while directions are given. PERFECT

I have three mini earpieces but this is my favorite. Does not hurt my ear, sound is good. I listen to audible books while I cook and clean up and the time passes faster. At work, I do not disturb others in the office will I listen to news yet I can still hear everything going on around me.

I think this is a pretty good headset. The first one I bought had a minor issue where the power button was difficult to use Azan had to push really hard to get to work. I got in contact with the company and they sent another one out to me within a week. The batter I would say last maybe 6 to 8 hours and I like the fact when you get a call it announces the number that is calling.
