Qualita Rossa Ground Coffee

This is my fourth time ordering Lavazza Qualità Rossa, and it never disappoints! The blend is smooth, with a nice balance of rich flavor and subtle chocolate notes. Perfect for both espresso and milk-based drinks. Highly recommend for an everyday coffee

I use this coffee to refill the pods for the nespresso machine. 3 tsp each pod makes a great expresso. Lots of creama and the perfect balance. The aroma from the freshness is excellent. Love how they roasted the beans then finely ground them down for the perfect expresso. Will continue buying this coffee for a very long time because it saves me money and tastes great!

Strong flavor with a thick and heavy crema. This is much better than Crema e Aroma, which just tastes burnt and bitter. The Fine grind is perfect for espresso machines. This is my favorite Lavazza, along with Super Crema.

I usually buy the gld (oro) version. This i decided to try for the first time something different and i was pleasantly suprised. The flavor is creamy and smooth but at the same time it is full flavor and does not takes like a weak coffee. This package was great because i can leave some sealed while i only use one at a time to make coffee.

I must say, I love this coffee so much I ordered it 22 times. As you can see my family loves it. I do however have an issue with this order. I ordered five packages each containing four compressed and sealed bags. Three of these packages each had one bag that was not compressed which retains it freshness. It was sealed and would have to be used earlier than the coffee we have on hand prior. Therefore, in these times we now live in, I feel 3 bags of coffee may be compromised to its safety and use of this coffee for my family. This of course reduces the amount of savings I incurred! Please be more aware before shipping to your customers. Update: notified seller whom replied via email a 3rd party seller they use sent us the product and we will not be compensated (wanted replacement coffee). When purchasing this product did not see where a 3rd party would be used. So no savings for me, in fact it cost me more.

Hard to get every bit of coffee out of the bottom of the package.

We ordered a large quantity of the coffee because we had enjoyed it in the past and this time was awful. Every pot we brewed was filled with grounds, we cleaned the machine and thought it was our coffee pot but then noticed it seemed too fine the coffee itself. We brewed a pot from another company and no grounds at all. We reached out and they said they would refund us and never received a refund or replacement. Just goes to show poor quality control and absolutely no customer service on their part. Keep looking you’ll find better coffee.
