Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management 10th Edition

This book does a fabulous job of providing an intermediate yet thorough understanding of investments and constructing a portfolio. It does not go into extensive detail in any subject but goes far beyond intro level books. Excellent 500 level book.

Very well thought out and organized text book. This was required for an undergraduate course, however, I still find myself referencing it often for graduate school.

The book was marked as "in good condition," but we received a new, unused book!

I ordered my book a month ago in (good) used condition. It has been the most aggravating process I have ever seen on amazon. The spine of the book was not even connect when I received it far from good quality the book was falling apart. I returned the book which they did not pay for my shipping. Then when they refunded my money I only got back a little over half. Still going through the process of getting my money back. This will be the last time I use this seller. Had the same problem with another company and they not only sent me a new copy immediately they did next day air. This is by far the worst customer service friendly company in the book industry. Your better off going to a store or getting it from another seller.

Well since I am a finance major, no wonder I love this book. However anyone who is interesting to learn a great deal about investment should purchase this book. It has great details and it is very helpful.

Had to buy this book for FIN405 at Clemson, the book has a lot of good topics but I've found that my professor goes much farther in depth than the book offers. I have also found that this book is a little harder to read than other books, the text is smaller and closer together and generally not broken up.It was a requirement for my class so I didn't have a choice in purchasing it. It's an in-valuable resource but it's not "fun" to read.

This is an excellent resource for anyone investing using equities. It covers essential valuation issues and should be on any investor or analyst's book shelf. The price is extremely high, but the information is essential.

The book is surprisingly well written and easy to read considering the number of editions it has been through. The choice of equations seems to be governed by their degree of practical usability.
