Arrived quickly and I am very happy with the quality of the ginger. It is very fresh and nice big chunks. It has a very strong hot flavor perfect for flavoring my water and tea or making stir fry.

Very pure and very strong odor. Everything about this root tells me it was just picked. Very powerful aroma!!!!! The bad part is it goes bad fairly quick which I did not realize but no complaints here.

This is the better of any Ginger source I've used. I am very happy with the quality, cleanliness and taste. Thankful to have found it on Amazon. They ship quick too. I enjoy it daily. It lasts me about 2 months before I need more.

Fresh and good. The roots are so big, and the ginger is strong. I made ginger tea, it is delicious with honey and lemon. I will be ordering this product again.

I have ordered organic ginger from this vendor several times now. I want to say I am very please with the ginger as well as the ordering part. I make a tea (and other uses) out of this product so I have to dry it prior to using it. It shreds and dries up better than any of the other gingers I have had in the past. It smells fresh, feels strong and firm, but not too firm. Looks clean and mark free. I will continue to purchase from this vendor and would recommend this vendor to anyone who wants good, fresh organic ginger.
