12" Sheet Metal Pan and Box Brake with Adjustable Removeable Fingers, 20 Gauge

I had been using hand snips and vise and hammer to cut and bend 18ga metal strapping into brackets for stay in place metal forms work. My hands were becoming very painful. This 12" machine is a nice size to fit on my work bench and is heavy enough to handle this rather narrow width material. I have not tried heavier, nor wider material. For cutting I bought the same company's 8" metal shear and mounted it to the same piece of 3/4" plywood. Both machines are working out very well for me.

Bent a piece of 1/8" steel that was 1/2" wide (with a cut relief) and it dented the finger. Now how do I get a replacement?The welds that hold it together are crap

Great for the money. Haven't had any issues. You could spend more and maybe it would be a little tighter in the tolerances, but this is great for our small workshop.
