It's great book for a law student. It can provide a deep understanding of constitution in easy language.

It highlights many beautiful and well analysed dimensions of the Constitution of India. It is a must book to be read and discussed by the constitutional researchers and experts.

A bird's sharp eye view on the Indian Constitution. Nice book to read.

It is not a book for Details of Indian Political structure but for the Ideas behind the Indian political structure, the real motives which has driven Indian Constitutional Assembly to frame such constitution. The author here tries to explain the fundamental ideas and their origins, their supporters and their opponents and how it came to a final conclusion during 3 years of framing of constitution. Once youare aware of Indian Political structure then this is the book for you to prode further into the process it's making. Wonderfully written book for Indian Constitution, the book has it's own fame and rightly so.

While a classic, the copy I received has some minor damages! Anyways, it's a great piece of work!
