It of course came folded and creased. I always want stuff can be washed in washer and in dryer cycle if possible. I put it within 2 protection bags(garment bags), and had it in washer with cold water, light soil level, low spin, and delicate cycle (yes laundry detergent, and also a little bit of fabric softener because I felt the "material"/cotton rope was kind of rough). Dry with low heat for several times (the protection bags did not go with it into dryer). I put 2 baskets in washer thinking to balance out the tub while cycle spining (another one is from a different brand and is smaller). However during spinning, it did happen a few times that I had to re-adjust a little in order for it to spin properly, and I knew it will probably do that so I did pay attention.Yes, it came out almost perfect! Regaining its Rounded shape and Holding an almost Perfect Sturdy Circle, even when Empty!Why not 5 stars? There are about 8 stitches already loosened spread out around the entire basket. Maybe because I put it in washer and dryer though all gentle cycles...SO please (1) maybe Reinforce Stitching for Strength.(2) Also, I would like it to have more color options and different sizes. If I find time then I will post the pictures to show it's holding an almost perfect sturdy circle without steam-ironing just like the pictures shown. :)[Btw, the other smaller one from a different brand has been stubborn to stay folded and creased. :( ]

Might be best if you cram everything real tight to hold it up (I'm thinking of pillows). Bottom does not allow for the lid to stay as it cant keep a circle. 2 stars cause it does hold the blankets I wanted.

There aren’t many baskets with tops so I really needed this one to work. As others have said it came misshapen due to flat shipping. I’m sure that’s the only way they can sell it for such a low price. I stuffed it with towels and steamed the Wrinkles on the basket and the top and then put the top under the stuffed basket to Help hold its shape in my humid garage overnight. This is how it came out. I’m sure I could get it even better but this is fine for me.

This thing is BIG. I Love it! I bought this rope basket to store my hair tools in beside my vanity so that it would look decorative. There is way more than enough room. It does come folded so in order to get mine to shape back up after unpacking it this is what I did- put the basket on the floor and stuff 2-3 pillows in it so that it forms the shape it’s supposed to. Then unfold the lid and put it on there. You may need to use your hands and push out or in on some spots. But leave the pillows in it and lid on for a day or two and VIOLA!

These are super adorable and well made. You have to have a little patience to make them round (stuff them full of towels to shape), but after that, they are great! A nice Pottery Barn look, at a bargain!EDIT: I wound up giving these away because they would not hold their shape. They would be perfect for long-term storage of towels and blankets.

I followed the directions and put rolled towels in it for 2 weeks to get the round shape but it didn’t hold. It is still having trouble staying round. I love the color and the material but it is not very sturdy.

The media could not be loaded.  my daughter wanted a new laundry basket that would match her gray themed room. This round one was elegant and pretty and will hold plenty of clothes for her. I like that it comes with a lid and she can just put the lid on to hide the dirty laundry until she is ready to wash it. The lid has a nice little cloth hook on the top so it’s easy to lift the lid on and off. The basket and lid are made with all cotton rope and very elegant and pretty. It also has built-in handles on the sides. It arrives folded but it’s easy to unfold and shape correctly after having clothes really stuffed in it for a little while.

These are cute baskets but as other reviews stated, they came “folded flat”. They have no shape and the lids are basically ruined because they were also folded flat so the rim is bent. They apparently will reshape if you wash them then reshape them when they are wet. I haven’t tried that yet. But, the lids definitely aren’t going on them as they are now. Not sure if I want to keep these. If I try the washing method I can’t return them. 🤷‍♀️ Just be aware they are not sturdy baskets-they are soft and don’t keep their shape.
