Disappointing and lined up for the charity shop
I was really disappointed with this book. It feels like it was produced for people who just want to post pictures of amazing looking food on Instagram. Over complicated in structure and using unusual ingredients, that for me would end up at the back of the pantry. I am a very keen cook and own many cookery books, but I have far better vegan and vegetarian cookery books, that I will actually use. I am struggling to find one recipe in this book that I actually want to try. One for the charity shop.

Accessible and Interesting
I have Lucy Watson's previous book which I like. I nearly didn't buy this one because one reviewer talked about their being a lot of hard-to- get or unusual ingredients but I can honestly say there are only a couple of things I don't have or can't easily get in the supermarket or my local health store....and I don't live in a city. Those couple of things to my mind could easily be substituted. I can accept that for someone new to plant based cooking there will be a few ingredients which may seem unusual but it is a learning process for us all especially at the start. There are quite a lot of recipes in this book I will try and as with every cookbook, some that don't appeal. I have given it 4 stars - if would have given 4.5 if I could - but as with her other book, I don't really like some of the styling which is too glossy and curated for me.

Really useful book, delicious and varied recipes
I decided to write a review because I kept remembering a critical review I read which complained about the sausage rolls recipe- 'buy sausages, buy pastry, make sausage rolls' kind of thing. I have come to love this book, and wanted to counteract that view. There are so many inventive recipes in here, and so far all of them have been hugely successful. The pulled jackfruit bao buns may be a bit fiddly but wow. The aubergine and pomegranate salad is divine. The asparagus and dill quiche- yum. I have been cooking for decades and don't need a lot of help with ideas in the kitchen, but sometimes especially with vegan it is just nice to open a book, follow instructions and have a meal turn out delicious. I have collected vegan cookbooks to help broaden my knowledge of techniques and ingredients. I had no idea who the author was having never watched the programme, and I may not have bought it had I known as I may have thought it a gimmick. I take my hat off to her, she has used her fame to spread the vegan message and has done a delicious job of doing so. This is my favourite vegan cookbook now, and I am hard to please.

Gorgeous Book With Delicious Recipes!
This cookbook is an amazing follow-up to Feed Me Vegan; it shares some delicious new recipes in the same gorgeous style! I would recommend for anyone to have this in their kitchen, vegan or not!

Delicious meals
I really like this book. I have both of Lucy Watson’s vegan cookbooks and I particularly love the recipes in this one. All my meals have turned out looking as good as the pictures and tasted delicious. I also like the variety of meals - breakfasts, snacks, soups, lunches, dinners, big feasts; as well as the weekly meal plan suggestions and dog food recipe. I hope Lucy releases another one!
