Humanscale Manual (IA Collaborative Reissue) Misc. – December 29, 2017

A nicely done reissue of an out of print classic. The original was, and still is, considered the go to standard for human factors or the measurements of human beings. The original volume has been out of print for some time now, and if you are lucky enough to find one listed for sale, the cost is often $1,000 for the full set of 1-9. This reissue at a reasonable $250 is well within reach of your average engineer/designer. I have a full set of the original; this rerelease is an exact reproduction with the addition of a slipcase and a pamphlet that reproduces some of the original art by the author. This is a niche interest reference work, so get one while they are available.

Great manual. I keep it on my coffee table as a great conversation piece, but also used it when I was redesigning my kitchen and closets. Highly recommend.
