Lena 2-Pack

I decided to make the switch to menstrual cups and was drawn to Lena's attitude towards sizing. Rather than having a small size for younger (under 30) or prepartum women and a large size for older (over 30) or postpartum women, they simply advertise their cups for lighter and heavier flows, both of which most women encounter during their period. I, therefore, decided to order the two size pack. While the smaller size was perfect, the larger size (which I preferred to wear on heavier days) was uncomfortable to remove. I contacted their customer services team who encouraged me to try their larger sensitive model free of cost and it was a perfect match (albeit less quick to insert due to its lack of rigidity)! The Lena team was extremely helpful and followed up on my experience with the large sensitive cup, which is my go to from the start to the end of my period. Switching to a menstrual cup has been life changing and I was fortunate enough to find a perfect match in the Lena cup! A message to other menstrual cup companies: Please don't make me dread my 30th birthday and the unexplainable, seemingly overnight enlargement my lady parts.

When both came I was expecting to use the smaller one but ended up more comfortable in the bigger one (I’m 18 with a moderate to heavy flow). I’ve now used it for 2 full cycles and am sold! I love being able to keep them in for 12 hours on my lighter days and not worry. At night they leaked in the beginning so I cut off the stem and no more leaks!! Absoloutely amazing and such a game changer. My cramps have become less and i really enjoy not making so much waste!

hi y’all. so i’m 15 and i bought this multi pack of cups, i’m a first time user. quality: the quality is amazing and it feels like it won’t break (when you squish it in your hand). i love the two pack because i can use both sizes (also being a virgin). when inserting the cup, do watch a video as to the types of folds (i suggest punch down fold). if the cup hurts whilst inside of you, try reinserting and contact customer services (they respond fast). they’re easy to clean and id recommend lunette cleanser and wipes. after and before your cycle, sterilise your cup in hot water and cup cleanser. this is THE best cup

I'm going backpacking for 6 months and I don't have space to bring Tampons and pads so I decided to invest in this and try it out before I hit the road. It's a lil expensive and it takes a bit of getting used to but it's totally worth it. I wish there was a cup with even a bigger capacity than the big cup for when you're on the road and cant find a toilet. I start to overflow at about 6 hours of wearing it when my period starts so I use a liner for the first 3 days or so.

Girls - do not hesitate to make this purchase. I was so unsure but thought, what have I got to lose - and ditched tampons for Lena. Well, I honestly think these are a game changer. I’m just gutted I found these so late in life. I’ve always been wary of swimming during my period and have the odd month where tampons last 40 mins which can be embarrassing if you’re out. The confidence I have in this is amazing. They’re slightly more tricky than tampons to insert but only slightly. It’s easy enough to tell that they’re in ok & they’re easy to remove. Word of warning - turn the tap on gently. Or it will splash everywhere. The money saving, the environment saving, the embarrassment saving... so many plusses. I love these. And no, they didn’t reward me for a glowing review or send me free stuff. This is my honest opinion. Go for it ladies!

I had to emergency order a menstrual cup as forgot mine when going away with Amazon prime. I have used a mooncup since 2013 so am very comfy with it. I read so many reviews for different ones and Saalt looked quite good in comparison but this stood out more. I'm glad I went with Luna. Arrived within a day and 2 for a lot less money than other brands. The small one is handy for end of period and the large for heavier days. I got on very quickly with both of them. Going to take over from the mooncup and will keep that for emergencies. They are slightly more firm than a mooncup but tbh I had no issues with them and the shape was very comfortable.

Really hoped to be converted but I found it a little hard around the rim & uncomfortable. I could feel it. On second use I managed to get it to feel a bit more comfortable only to find it then leaked. Didn't get on with this at all. Which is a pity as I'd really prefer this to the alternative but I am now reluctant to fork out on others if they are just going to be as uncomfortable.

Ok, so the menstrual cup wasn’t for me. I have had 3 children by natural delivery and I think my pelvic floor is a distant memory. I tried both sizes and also the sensitive ones. I love the idea of the cup and would have loved for it to have worked for me. However - what I will say is that I have never experienced customer service quite like what I got with Lena. I emailed them for advice and they just could not do enough to try and help me. They responded quickly, offering advice and, suggestions and solutions. When it was clear the standard versions weren’t working, they refunded me so I could buy the sensitive version and when I didn’t get on with the sensitive version, they sent me another refund so I can try the menstrual disc instead. This is a product the don’t make, but I am very sad as I would definitely recommend Lena as a company and would want them to have my money more than anyone else! I highly recommend trying Lena and if it doesn’t work for you, I’m confident that they would look after you as they did me.
