Bottle mechanism unfreindly
Bottle is very complicated and hard to pour in oil tank. Syphon system does not work

stale fuel gives you bad gas
hard to tell until you have a problem. supposedly has a great shelf life. keeping gas in the motor is good because carb gaskets, Orings, & seals do not dry out. this is a good product if it does what it says. I put it in my car and truck because I put so few miles on, I do use my vehicles as gas cans for my generator, so I always keep each 3/4 full.

Sta-Bil storage fuel stabilizer has worked reliably for me for many years.
I have been using Sta-Bil fuel stabilizer for more years than I can remember for winter storage of my motorcycles and power equipment. It works very consistently to keep fuel fresh enough so that carburetor jets are not clogged after winter storage. I also note that it did best of all fuel stabilize your projects when tested on the Project Farm YouTube channel.

Excellent for keeping gasoline fuel fresh for easy starts in seasonal equipment
This review is for STABIL gas treatment. I have used this product for years and continue to use it because it works. If you are not using non-ethanol fuel regular gas will gum up after it sits and is stored away. Your snowblower, lawn mower or other seasonal tools will be hard to start or not start at all. Using Stabil keeps the fuel fresh.

The gold standard for fuel stabilizers. Remember it has a 4 year shelf life but only 2 years once you break the seal and use it for the first time. I have used this for 20+ years and have never had an issue, even with gas that has been sitting for 18 months.
