Era lock
Peace of mind with era lock. It's beautiful to look at and does the job nicely. Would buy again if I move.

Easy to install, Door shuts nicely no slamming, lock works well not stiff.

Broke after ten months, nearly imprisoned us.
This was good and a perfect replacement at the time, but it was only ten months ago. Suddenly, without warning, it jammed today and the handle fell off. Something has sheared off, not clear what. By chance our builder was working for our next door neighbour and he came to cut it open, but now it's useless of course. Debating what to do - upgrade, or buy the same again hoping this was a one-off flaw. We're lucky we have a back door. We were unable to open the door with the broken lock. Without a back door and without the chance presence of our builder, we'd have been imprisoned. Not sure what an emergency locksmith would have had to do without gaining entry. Ripped the doorframe off? Broken the door in? We depend on these locks working.

Decent product
The lock is good. Does it’s job. The safety button is slightly tight. I would say at the given price this is appropriate.
