Then I just wipe it out with damp cloth after and it’s as good as new again. Just make sure you use plastic knives or things to get the omelettes out or it could scratch the non stick surface. This is a problem my daughter had with hers. Buy one! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Actually surprisingly good! *by A***R on 12 July 2025* I purchased this to trial for my elderly parents, I used 3 eggs per side and grated cheese mixed in, but that's too much for it! 2 eggs per side should be perfect depending on what else is added? It took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to cook thoroughly, there's no need to use oil and once cool it wipes clean with a sponge, you should pre-heat first as per instructions, there is a light that goes out to tell you it's at temperature. Now all this being said, I feel it could do with a clip to hold the lid down and a timer, and the lid does get extremely HOT! 🔥 so use a tea towel or oven mit or just be very careful.
