I was surprised to find a kit like this. I have thrown out many pairs of sweatpants and chef pants from broken drawstrings. I’ve been able to save multiple pairs of pants and change the tops on the strings. Replacing the tips are super easy. Great for customizing your pants, hoodies and jacket strings.

Thin metal. Crimps easily around the ends of my corset laces. They look nice. Appreciate the variety of metal tones.

Bought these after watching Renee Romeo's video here at Amazon. At least for shoes with big eyelets these aglets are just the ticket to make replacement shoelaces from paracord that hold up to heavy use. And the shoelaces will be exactly the length you want them to be. Using needle nose pliers a gentle touch is needed to get them looking nice, and a firm press into the triangular tab will keep the aglet in place. So yes, installation does require some skill but it's one you will quickly pick up. The era of flimsy shoelaces is now over. Get yourself some aglets and make the best shoelaces of your life if strength and durability is what matters most to you.

Even after crimping on lace it has to be hand sewn or falls right off!

They’re aglets. Work great. You can use needle nose pliers with a small learning curve but I imagine the crimping press would work better.

Very.oractical, easy to apply, protects the tip of the shoe laces. Also looks cool.

Même pas besoin d'une pince (c'est mieux quand même), y'a juste a mettre le bout de lacet défoncé, de fermer l'embout, et basta !

Ich habe diese Schnürsenkelkappen bestellt, um damit die Enden der Bänder meiner selbstgenähten Mund-Nasen-Masken zu verschließen, die sich sonst in der Waschmaschine aufräufeln können. Dafür machen sie sich bisher sehr gut! Sie haben schon mehrere Waschgänge überstanden und zeigen bisher keine Verschleißerscheinungen.Sie lassen sich leicht verformen und mit einer Zange so biegen, dass nichts übersteht und man sich nicht daran kratzen kann. Mit Kurzhaarfrisur verfangen sich auch keine Haare darin.Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden und werde mir bestimmt noch Nachschub besorgen, wenn die nächste Runde Masken genäht wird.

Mi servivano due terminali per una felpa di una nota marca per cui al primo lavaggio la mia lavatrice aveva fatto fare la fine dei calzini spaiati ... sparito nel nulla. Cercando di qua e di la, mi sono imbattuta in questi puntali. Semplici da applicare ed eccezionali dopo i lavaggi. Non si sono mossi e non hanno perso colore. Certo , forse me ne bastavano meno, ma per il rapporto con il prezzo, sempre meglio tenerli. Soddisfatta
