perfect
It's been in for a month and seems to work fine. It was a direct fit and was easily installed

Good solid switch - good purchase
great switch - works as designed however - switched is keyed to orientation into escutcheon at 90 degrees out of whack. Not a show stopper but still, extra work i didn't anticipate. Would definitely purchase again

but easy to figure out
Had to bore out the hole because the switch stem was larger than the original. Wiring was reversed, but easy to figure out. Attachment of the switch had to use an alternate screw nut to secure because the switch levels of 1-10 were 90 degrees off from the other burner switched if attached with the two screws on original switch. Otherwise, the switch operates just fine.

perfect replacement part
Purchased to replace defective switch on a mid-1980s Jenn-Air cook-top range. This replaced a switch that had INF-240P-871 printed on it. This switch has a "D-type" shaft. East to install; perfect replacement part.

Cheap knock off part
Clearly not the same part as shown in the photo. (Not even the same color!) It is a cheap / inferior part! Does not fit knob for Jenn Air - very unsatisfied!

1 is working great. The other one isn't working any better then ...
The inside center plastic piece was broken on both that we got. But my husband was able to salvage the part from the one we were replacing. 1 is working great. The other one isn't working any better then the one we wanted to replace. So got 50/50 good and bad.

Nice replacement
A direct replacement. Easy to install. Stem was a different design compared to original split design. Original design was weaker new design should last longer.

Inexpensive repair
For just ~$22 I was able to repair a very old Jenn Air "Convertible cooktop" model 3300 series No. 8853. The burner control knob broke leaving a loose feel as I turned it (no click as it passed through the off position). It only took about 5 minutes to replace the part. I plan to remodel my kitchen at some point in the future and did not want to buy a new cooktop or (heaven forbid) live without 4 burners and the griddle. I have a picture of the original Jenn Air brochure that was left behind when I bought the house 20 years ago. I'm guessing the Jenn Air was installed around 1975.
