Purchased two as they seemed a great idea, but the hype was too good to be true. These are 'powered' by a single AAA battery, (which should give you a clue as to why they are useless) and there is no LED or noise or indeed any other indication that the device is even switched on, let alone working! The very limited instructions say you may not feel a thing as it does it's 30 second treatment! Too right. No one in our family could detect anything at all, and the 30 second treatment gave NO PAIN RELIEF at all! What a joke. Only sorry that I feel for the hype. I hate the way theses companies prey on people like me who are desperate and living in chronic and sometimes acute pain. BE VERY AWARE - THERE IS NO REFUND FOR YOU IF YOU FIND THEY DON'T WORK FOR YOU!

Caused pain , unreturnable
Blue sparks came out of the items and it caused a lot of pain. I feel it is unsafe for useLooks like I won't get a refund either as it's not returnable.

A Godsend!!
I was surprised to read the review above. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome - a problem with connective tissue, our bodies are full of connective tissue!I am never without a paingone, I even carry one in my bag when I go out! They work brilliantly for me! I have pain around lots of joints, especially fingers and wrists. It is perfect for me, really really helps!Don’t be put off trying one for your own problems, everyone is different and has pain for many different reasons. I felt I had to write this review as the one above was so negative. I have absolutely no connection with any company that makes or sells them. For me, they are brilliant. You could order and return if they’re not right for you, but personally - they’re a godsend- and definitely worth a try if you suffer with regular pain.
