Commentary on Hatha yoga Pradipika -A very detailed step by step description on the asanas, mudras and bandhas. An excellent field book for awakening kundalini for sadhakas/ practitioners. Very lucid explanation. Must read for sadhakas of Hatha yoga, Raja Yoga and kriya yoga.
