Does what it is supposed to do - Perfectly. Holds my 35 kg bag perfectly, takes all the hit and moves happily.PS : Don't forget to put a bit of lube in the swivel once in a while to do away with any irritating noise.

Build quality is commendable. Little expensive though but these things aren't simply available in local markets.

strong n perfect for my 40 kg bag....i hang it on a fan hook ...its pretty gud so far...3 months now...i work it more or less daily...its holding...serves its purpose....decent enuf...i finally got to put this bag up....thnQ amazon...ps: if anyones buyin this stuff...go for this seller 'leisure sport ww'...true gentleman...saying it from an exp ...there was an issue concernin dtdc's crappy service...n he fixed like i asked via fedex ...v courteously n apologetically...man i lov this online shoppin thing...if only retail was etail...i wudve started shoppin the day i day i came aboard....know what i mean...?! clicking away....lol...cheers all...peace

length about 23 inches tip to toe. Satisfied. Sturdy and strong. Will hold even a swing. Using for a 10 kg punching bag with heavy usage.The best part is that the seller is quite responsive and helpful.
