It is so easy to use, has a creamy texture, and has no smell. Just need to keep it for 10 mins. They ask for just 7-8 mins on the pack. The result was soft conditioned hair and great color (I bought dark chestnut) Covered all my grey hair really well. I highly recommend this product if you prefer to color your hair at home and want good results. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!

Very convenient to prepare and apply. The comb and brush combination is great to use in applying the dye without any help from another person. You only mix the amount you need, no waste. Unlike other products where you are forced to use all contents when opened.

So I ordered the #5-to get dark chestnut brown and got black-jet black! It covered my gray hair. Hoping it lightens up but was not expecting jet black hair dye :///

I was hesitant on purchasing this especially because it's not made in America and I was afraid it would smell or there might be some difficulty in applying it but I was wrong in every aspect. It's very easy to apply and it works quickly and it looks great however it does seem to wash away with time. After a few weeks it will lighten up but easy enough to reapply and get it back to what you are aiming for. No smell whatsoever and it seems to act like a conditioner too. A+ product.
