Eradicated anchor worms in a very short time!
This medication works great. I had a new goldfish come in with anchor worms and this eradicated them quickly. Directions are given for treating a pond, but you can easily make the conversions and find out how much you need if you are treating an aquarium. And it did not harm the biofiltration system. And it also seemed to have no ill effects on the fish. I tested the water throughout the treatment and no ammonia or nitrites ever showed up on the tests. My goldfish are now happy and healthy and I would definitely recommend this product. Hikari is the best for goldfish...their food and treatments both. I'd give Hikari products more than 5 stars were it possible. Way to go!!! Keep up the good work. We need your products with so many inferior aquarium products out there today.

It works
I'm on week 2 of treatment and it's working really well. My rainbow shark had anchor worms. I pulled the ones i could see the best that i could. There were a couple in there i couldn't quite grab, but the cyropro took care of those. My fish healed up nicely. The bottle is very big, but its better than the ones from the pet store because the bottles are smaller and about the same price. I did the 90% water change per the instructions. My fish seem to have adapted well. My live plants seem a little droopy, but it could be from my poor lighting. Not sure. Didn't affect my snails at all.

Doesn't work, even after many weeks
I have a 1,400 gallon pond containing just 5 fancy goldfish. They got hit with anchor worm. I used this EXACTLY as directed. I've lost count of how many bottles I ended up purchasing/using (at least 6), treating my pond over the course of at least 12 weeks. I did the water changes (I have a pond vac, so got up all the muck - water was crystal clear). The anchor worms DID lose their exoskeletons, becoming soft white blobs.....but just kept coming, even though I continued treatment weeks after. I finally found and purchased Dimilin (generally recommended for treatment of anchor worm). It is more expensive, per ounce - but ultimately much, much cheaper, as I used far less.

Really does its what it says!
I used this for anchor worm for two 29 gallon tanks so I only needed 1 milliliter of the meds. Always under do the dose. I did a decent water change and then added it. You need to watch for any sign of stress then I did another water change and a little bit smaller dose. Repeated this three times and both of my tanks are worm free. DO NOT forget to vacuum the gravel in between changes. That is important. My fish I have had for 5 years are eating again and worm free. I will never use this whole bottle in 5 lifetimes, however it saved my 2 friends. I am really happy that hakari made this product!

Doesn’t Work on Anchor Worms Unless You Use Ultimate!
Have been treating an aquarium for 12 weeks. Fish are still getting infected with worms. Used product exactly as directed. Don’t waste your money!UPDATE: Contacted the manufacturer via email. They told me the water conditioner I was using was neutralizing the product! Switched to Ultimate conditioner. Will update if the worms go away. My fish is better but not cured.

Not sure if this or a combination of other products ...
Not sure if this or a combination of other products help remove the anchor worms, but it doesn't hurt to use it

Great and does the job.
Are use this for an outbreak of fish lies and as long as you follow the directions and treat for 21 days it is effective and harmless to the fish. Much more economical than buying smaller bottles that require you to use almost 10 times the dose for the same results.

Works great but be careful!
Killed the fish lice in two or three days, but I added a little too much and I think my fish have chemical burns now. Be sure to follow the instructions specifically in a smaller tank bc a little product goes a long way!!!
