I ordered this tea infuser because the product description said that it was made of 304 grade 18/8 stainless steel. I did not want to use a silicon product or a product with bad grade steel. The product finish is good as is the quality of steel. However, the mesh appears to be a bit thin. I am not saying that the mesh is too fragile, but it is thin.As for the size of the infuser, it is much bigger than my other infuser, and can easily be used in a kettle for two large size cups of tea. Most of the infusers are round, but the square shape of this infuser helps increase its size and more tea leaves can be added so that it can be used for two cups. However, it is more difficult to clean a square infuser.

A wire is sticking out so it does prick the finger if not careful , it also catches on to the cloth used to wipe it dry.Using it for making green tea.

Not required and worthlessSecond reminder for refundI complaint so many times and nobody came to return neither got any answer from Amazon. Useless product I am going to complaint and file a case against Amazon.Kindly refund my money as I had been placed my complaint the very next day still no reply no refund received yet

It's a great tool for loose green tea not in ready sachets. So handy and helpful. The mechanism of the tool is good. The spring is nice. Easy to wash, store and carry for travel

Although i read bad reviews but My personal experience is really good. Product is nice, stiff, sturdy. Locks are not loose, exactly like pictures shown. Must buy if you are a green tea lover !

I love how quick and easy this is to use on the days that I don’t want to be bothered with my tea pot. This is a great product, easy to clean and great for steeping a second cup as well.

Enfin un infuseur à thé d'un design moderne, et bien plus pratique que les ronds. Surtout, fabriqué dans une qualité solide en acier inoxydable. Et par-dessus tout ne laisse absolument aucun goût au thé ou tisane. Seul souci mais commun à tous les infuseurs quels qu'ils soient : les restes de feuilles thé ou tisane sont tenaces et ne partent que sous un très fort jet du robinet, mais à cela il n'y a rien à faire.

Tea infuser is somewhat bigger than i expected but still very good. it works and there is only small leakage. best way i can describe is i use my highquality green tea and small amount of powder that sits in the cup bottom after using this infuser, a little more than what i would usually get with tea bags (nothing to worry about).i do find the square shape interesting and i would recommend this infuser to others.
